for open interviews to be considered for our customer service positions starting early in November!
As of right now, we have an AWESOME long term, temporary opportunity with a very well known client of ours working in their emergency response call center! Details of Position
· Long term assignment for over 1 year
· 40 hours/week (shifts vary and still being finalized)
· Starting pay is $13.50/hour
· Possible pay increase depending on 90 day evaluation
· Accrued PTO and paid holiday hours after first 90 days (YES, even with it being temporary!)
To qualify for this position, the following is REQUIRED:
· 1-2 years of SOLID call center experience
· MUST pass Spelling, Basic Math, Typing, Data Entry, and Customer Service Scenarios assessments with minimum scores.
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to stay calm under pressure
